This is a hands-on administrative role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to senior members of the transactions and investment team.Manage complex diaries and coordinate both internal and external meetings.Organise business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes during key meetings.Maintain well-organised filing systems and ensure transaction documentation is kept up to date.Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Asset Management, Investor Relations, European offices) and external stakeholders.Assist with presentation preparation, reporting packs, and administrative project work as needed.Key RequirementsPrior experience in an administrative or team assistant role, preferably in real estate, investment management, or financial services.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Confident communicator with a professional manner when engaging with senior stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Discreet, dependable, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.What’s OfferedA collaborative and professional work culture.Exposure to high-value transactions within a respected investment team.Supportive colleagues and hands-on involvement in impactful projects.Competitive pro-rata salary and benefits package.
