Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently hiring for a Part time Payroll Administrator to join a well-established privately-owned Building Engineering company based in Warrington.
What you’ll be doing
1. Processing weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish using trimble job costing and Sage 50cloud payroll.
2. Calculating wages,overtime,bonuses, statutory payments.
3. Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
4. Assisting with year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds where applicable).
5. Producing and distributing payslips (electronic or paper).
6. Producing and distributing payslips (electronic or paper).
7. Submitting RTI (Real Time Information) reports to HMRC on or before each pay date.
What we’re looking for:
8. Proven experience in payroll processing
9. Strong communication skills
10. Experience on Sage 50
11. Ability to work to deadlines
