Manage and organise all aspects of the bodyshop operations, including workflow and job prioritisation
Conduct daily engagement meetings with technicians and support staff to monitor progress
Oversee the maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop health and safety standards
Ensure all repair jobs are completed to set quality standards and in accordance with client expectations
Manage waste disposal, utilities, and workshop security efficiently
Coordinate between technicians, management, and customers to communicate progress and resolve issues
Support the team to uphold technical quality and deliver excellent customer service
Oversee stock control, documentation, and accurate completion of job cardsRequirements of a Workshop Contoller:
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, ATA, or equivalent recognised qualification in vehicle body repairs
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor, or similar role within the automotive repair industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple repairs simultaneously
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, quality standards, and workshop management systems
Full UK Driving Licence
A proactive attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team as a Workshop Contoller
