Position Overview
To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

* Support the team in generating revenue from memberships and products
* Lead by example on reception and on the gym floor
* Provide regular constructive feedback to team members
* Promote personal training sessions and deliver sessions monthly
Requirements
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Experience in running personal training sessions
* Strong leadership qualities and coaching passion
* Experience in delivering various group training modalities
* Stay updated with industry fitness trends
* Effective communication and management style to motivate the team
* Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
* Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
