Private Personal Assistant Job – Edinburgh – circa £50,000 DOE
Greycoat Lumley's client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Private Secretary for a client based in Edinburgh. This will be a varied and exciting role for the right candidate who should have had extensive previous experience in a fast-paced PA role. The PA will act as the main point of contact for all the principals’ needs and requests.
Successful candidates will need to be organised, efficient, proactive, discreet and flexible. The PA will need to be proactive in understanding and anticipating the needs of the principals and be solutions-focused and be able to think innovatively.
The role will entail:
1. Dairy management and supporting the principals to schedule and attend appointments
2. Organising small events
3. Carrying out research projects
4. Overseeing travel arrangements
5. Arranging personal activities
6. Assisting with lifestyle purchases
7. Preparing reports and/or minutes
8. Being collaborative and having efficient two-way communication with the wider family and family office
9. Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the principals’ life
10. Develop and effective and organised filling system for all personal documentation
Salary: circa £50,000 GPA DOE
Start: When the right candidate is found / no later than October 2025
Days and Hours: Full time Monday to Friday - flexibility out-with office hours is essential to the role
