The Role The Residential Conveyancer will handle the legal aspects of property transactions from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and best practice. The role will advise over the complete life cycle of new build housing from initial heads of terms, acquiring the land, obtaining planning permission, building out the scheme and the sale of the new homes.
