Hard Landscaper - East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and London - £33,500 – £37,000 + Benefits
The Job:
We are working with an award winning landscape construction company to recruit a Skilled Hard Landscaper to support a growing pipeline of high quality private and commercial projects across East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hard landscaping works to a high standard, either independently or as part of a small team.
Duties include:
- Setting out projects from drawings, completing works to specification and deadlines,
- Working closely with team leaders and project managers on site
- Play a key role in maintaining quality, identifying any issues and ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards

The Candidate:
- 2–3+ years’ experience within landscaping
- Strong hard landscaping skills (paving, brickwork, footings, retaining walls)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience setting levels accurately
- Confident operating machinery and plant (e.g. excavators)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good understanding of Health & Safety (CSCS card desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (towing licence advantageous)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team
The Package:
- Salary £33,500 – £37,000 DOE
- Full-time role (40–48 hours per week)
- Travel time paid in addition to standard onsite hours

All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
