Offer description

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
* Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems
* Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment

Duties of this role include:

* Contributing to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey, following CHG best practice process maps to provide an efficient, professional, and standard service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff. Handling patient queries professionally and efficiently.
* Being the first point of contact for all persons attending the hospital, including patients, staff, visitors, consultants, and contractors.
* Managing referrals from the Referral Management Centre, including triage, adherence to the 18-week Referral to Treatment timescales, and managing SPOT contract patients.
