The Role
As a
Business & Operations Associate
, you'll be at the heart of our operations. One day you might be supporting finance or payroll, the next you could be helping with HR, coordinating customer queries, or shaping our marketing content. You'll become the person who keeps things moving, connects the dots between teams, and ensures our customers always get the best.
We've built a
3-year development plan
to support your growth:
* First 6 months:
Focus on admin, finance and customer service — building the foundations of how we work.
* Year 1:
Broader responsibilities across operations and HR.
* Year 2:
Project support and process improvement.
* Year 3:
Leading cross-functional initiatives, representing RPS at management level, and shaping our future strategy.
