Location: Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire or Eastern Wiltshire (covering South & Southeast England)

What’s the Role?
As an Area Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of a Highways Division across your region. You'll visit local authorities, contractors and consultants to promote industry-leading road safety, winter safety, and water safety products.
This is a field-based, full training provided role - ideal for someone with great people skills, experience with capital goods, commercial curiosity, and the drive to succeed in B2B sales.
The Territory:
You’ll cover a well-defined region in Greater London, the South East, and South West, with a preference for someone based in Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire or Eastern Wiltshire. Most travel is regional day travel, with occasional overnights (e.g. for trade shows or remote clients).
What You'll Do:
* Meet customers face-to-face to demo our products
* Manage and prioritise a sales territory - your time, your customers
* Build long-term relationships with local authorities and contractors
* Follow up on warm leads and generate new opportunities
* Share ideas with our product design team and attend industry exhibitions
What You’ll Need:
* Confidence, professionalism and natural communication skills
* Some sales, customer-facing, or business development experience with capital goods (field or phone)
* Drive, independence, and self-motivation - you’ll own your diary
* A full UK driving licence
* Bonus if you’ve worked in construction, highways, environmental or public-sector sales - but not required!
