The Successful Applicant
The Residential Property Solicitor should be:
8. A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE in residential property.
9. Experienced in running and prioritising a busy residential caseload.
10. Skilled at developing local referrer networks (local experience beneficial).
11. Strong in client care, with a friendly and professional approach.
12. Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems.
