Avia Homes is a young, dynamic team seeking a Client Services Officer with a positive can-do attitude for a full-time ongoing position.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing client experience and communications from commencement on site to handover
* Communicating milestone phase updates to clients
* Coordinating practical completion and handover processes
* Handling low-level ad hoc onsite variations
* Managing construction file document control
* Adhering to contractual documentation in line with the build contract
* Supporting the onsite construction team
* Using project management system Buildertrend
Ideal candidate qualities include:
* Proven ability to work in administration roles within a customer-focused and time-critical environment
* Strong communication and liaison skills
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle and deescalate potential issues
* Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and manage various activities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A passion for the building industry
* Quick learner with a proactive attitude
* Building knowledge is advantageous
