We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Personal Assistant to support our Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Directors. This critical role keeps our leadership running smoothly, ensuring governance and decision-making stay on track while providing discreet, reliable support. You'll be at the heart of Amplius' mission, helping senior leaders focus on what matters most - delivering for our communities.
??Salary: £36,751.96
??Contract: Permanent, full time
?Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:15pm)
??Location: Hybrid, with in-office days in Boston as needed
?What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Directors in running their day-to-day operations, including diaries, inboxes, correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Preparing and coordinating reports, presentations, meeting papers, and minutes to support smooth governance and informed decision-making.
* Overseeing contracts, key documents, and filing systems while supporting financial administration, events, projects, and internal communications with accuracy and discretion.
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, handling confidential information professionally.
?We're looking for someone with...
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent experience showing strong literacy and numeracy).
* Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator, managing complex diaries, correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
* Experience handling confidential information, contracts, and key documents.
* Confident liaison skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Experience preparing reports, presentations, and meeting papers.
* Experience supporting financial administration, including processing expenses and raising purchase orders.
