Overview

Sewell Wallis is working with a well-established, growing West Yorkshire business based in the South Leeds area, which is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis to join the business and support the customer service team. This role could be made permanent for the right candidate.


Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
* Deal with inbound calls from customers.
* Assist in general enquiries via email through the dedicated customer service inbox and other mailboxes that the customer service team are responsible for.
* Resolve customer queries regarding planning repairs using internal booking systems to book these in.
* Support the Customer Service Team Leaders as required.

What skills are we looking for?

* Proven record of achieving outstanding customer service by phone and email.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.
