My client is a highly regarded US boutique investment bank and they are expanding their EMEA Energy Group and keen to recruit an Associate (and Analyst) with Oil & Gas M&A experience - down/mid/upstream all relevant. You will be seeking an active and ambitious platform with a strong trck record of success in EMEA and the Americas. You will either be an Oil & Gas specialist already, or looking to deepen your specialisation having gained M&A and sector expertise as part of a credible Industrials or broader Natural Resources Group. Your CV will exhibit first rate M&A execution experience. Responsibilities will centre on: You will be support (and help lead) the management of live transactions You will drive (and begin to oversee) the production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation Personal and Technical requirements include: Previous Energy / Oil & Gas Investment Banking experience strongly preferred. Detailed financial valuation modelling experience (DCF, Merger and LBO). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
