Hard Services Manager
Location: Melton Mowbray
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
Salary: Up to £55,000
We are looking for an experienced Hard Services Manager to oversee engineering and hard FM operations on a static site in Waltham.
The Hard Services Manager will manage planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors, and on-site engineering teams across a mixed commercial environment.
Key Duties
* Manage hard services delivery
* Oversee PPM and reactive works
* Ensure compliance across building services
* Manage engineers and subcontractors
* Maintain SLA/KPI performance
Requirements
* Time-served engineer (electrical bias preferred)
* Experience in a Hard Services Manager role or similar
* Strong compliance and building services knowledge
* HNC/HND desirable
Package
* Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
* Static site role
* 25 days + bank holidays
* Laptop, phone, and uniform provided
