Robertson Bell are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to fill this newly created position within a growing property organisation. Reporting into the FP&A Manager you will be joining a highly skilled and successful team who are all passionate and dedicated about making a difference, being the best in their respective fields.
Duties for the Financial Planning Analyst will include:
1. Develop the business partnering function, establishing key relationships with budget holders across the organisation.
2. Understanding the business and immersing yourself in a fast paced environment adding value to the business straight away.
3. Lead on budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
4. Review the quarterly management accounts pack, suggesting improvements in the presentation and content and then rolling these out.
5. Creating reporting processes that can be distributed across the business, are fit for purpose and able to add real value.
This permanent Financial Planning Analyst will have a real opportunity to create and shape a department and stamp their own authority and methods of working into this exciting and vibrant team. you will be given free rein to showcase your skills adding immediate value to a growing and successful organisation. This position is based in Northampton with office attendance required once/twice a week. Occasional travel to London headquarters will be required but this will be fully expensed and travel occassional.
