Job Summary
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our NET CNS Team in one of the country's largest acute NHS Trusts and centre of excellence for NET. The post will be based within the existing CNS Team offering ongoing patient support, working alongside staff to ensure that people with urological cancer undergoing oncological treatment are in receipt of the care they require to achieve the best quality of life possible. The post will be based at The Royal Free Hospital.
Main Duties
The post holder will manage the provision of specialist cancer care advice and support to people affected by NET Cancer. This will be achieved both directly through clinical practice and caseload management, and indirectly through leadership, education, research, audit, and professional activities. The aim of the post is to maximise the treatment and quality of life of patients with this disease and to also provide support and advice to the families/carers of such patients.
