OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CONTRACTS SECRETARY - PERMANENT - WIRRAL - £28K - FULL TIME – HYBRID WORKING
Forrest Recruitment are seeking an Administrator to join a small, friendly and supportive team at their Wirral office. This is a great opportunity to join a successful business who are entering a busy period of growth.
Your duties will include:
* Preparing correspondence and reports for client submission.
* Responsible for project document control.
* Liaising with working drill sites.
* Arranging UK and overseas travel.
* Uploading and downloading of tender and contract documentation.
* General office administration: filing, scanning.
* Formatting documents
The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word and Excel, fast and accurate typing speeds, excellent attention to detail, a confident telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
