Our IT team manages multiple office locations across three operating companies, and this role is based at our head office in Forest Row, East Sussex. Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity within our Group IT department for an IT Support trainee. The role offers extensive training and development within a busy IT department. You will support employees across the business, learning to support, configure, and administer systems, including participating in upgrades. The systems used are diverse and mostly hosted on our in-house network infrastructure.
You will also work with our Infrastructure team to create user accounts, assist with software installation, and set up hardware such as laptops, mobiles, and desktops.
