Curriculum and Campus Support - Location: Falmouth Marine SchoolSalary: £23,492. 04 FTE (CC_22) Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Support ContractClosing Date: 29 June 2025 Interview Date: TBC - About the Role Based at Falmouth Marine School, we are looking for an experienced administrator to work as part of a multi-skilled support team that ensures all customers, learners, staff and visitors receive excellent service from our College. This will be a varied role working as part of a team to provide administrative support to curriculum areas and advice and guidance to learners and visitors. - You will be task orientated and able to prioritise a varied workload whilst completing routine daily tasks accurately and on time. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with staff, students and visitors whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. - Skills & Experience Applicants must have a proven track record of work in a similar role within a customer liaison or administration setting. Excellent knowledge of College courses & provision and knowledge of learner related issues & support is preferred. A Level 2 (GCSE Grade C or above) in English and maths is essential. A qualification in advice and guidance or customer service would be beneficial, or willingness to work towards. - Hours of work This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week. - Benefits We have excellent terms and conditions of employment.
