Up to £26,500 24 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Hybrid working pattern (1 day wfh) Free parking Monthly socials and family summer parties Electric car scheme Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer orders across multiple accounts Liaising with distributors and logistics partners to coordinate timely deliveries Raising invoices with precision and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant Handling delivery-related queries and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks and reporting Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to team initiatives Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role, preferably within the food industry Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with ERP or order management systems is desirable A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Enthusiasm for building a career in supply chain and operations
