Job Objective
* Provides an extraordinary hospitality experience for all our guests.
* Ensure all safety guidelines are adhered to and followed.
* Warm, smiling & friendly demeanor, engaging conversationalist.
* Remember and recognize repeat guests.
* Ensures fast and efficient service to all guests.
* Interacts with all guest, employees, and purveyors in a professional and hospitable manner.
* Proficient knowledge of all island operations and systems.
* Promotes a professional, helpful and courteous work environment.
* Ensure guest safely navigate Lovango boats, dock and moorings
* Safe operation of a USCG inspected vessel
* Responsible for all crew and passengers' safety while under way and on dock
* Ensure crew delivers an ejoyable, guest-centric and luxury experience throughout the duration of the trip
* Help facilitate guest check on and off boat
* Handle all guests questions related to property
* Tend to guest needs on the boat and within the dock
* Maintains a clean, neat and organized area
* Opening and closing procedures are followed each shift
* Minimum USCG Master License
* Current First Aid/CPR, TWIC Card
* Previous Charter experience
* Basic Knowledge of maintence of vessels a plus
Please note our season is from Mid December - End of July. All employees must be available for the full season.
