Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 per annum
Employment type: Permanent, Part Time, 32 hours per week, pro-rata. Plus enhancements for weekends and evenings.

Your Role
We are seeking a Cook to work within Outdoor Education Services at Borwick Hall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the running of a well-equipped kitchen, guiding a small team to provide high quality, tasty and nutritious food, and supporting the Catering Supervisor with planning meals and additional tasks.
You will set hygiene standards, ensure awareness of dietary and allergen requirements, maintain diligent record keeping and ordering of quality ingredients, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the running of the kitchen and support the Catering Supervisor with meal planning.
* Lead and support a small kitchen team, encouraging pride in work and collaboration.
* Ensure hygiene standards and awareness of dietary and allergen requirements.
* Maintain records and manage ordering of quality ingredients.
* Provide additional tasks as required to support the Catering Supervisor.
