Information Access Assistant
Manchester City Centre
Hybrid working, min 1 days per week in the office
Full-time, 35 hours per week
On-going temporary contract which could lead to a permanent opportunity
£14.84 per hour
Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Information Access Assistant to join our client based in Manchester City Centre.
Duties will include:
1. Dealing with all incoming queries for the department
2. Using the internal document management system
3. Dealing with all GDPR, FOI and DPA requests
4. Collating documents and information
5. Liaising with a wide range of people internally to answer information requests
6. Analysing and collating statistical information
We are looking for candidates with:
7. Strong administrative skills and knowledge of data protection and information access
8. Experience of relevant software and advanced Excel
9. Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people including senior figures
10. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
11. Ability to meet deadlines
12. Great organisational ability and attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
13. A standard criminal record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service is required
