About the role
It is an exciting time to be part of the Fabric Enhancers team, one of Unilever's most iconic brands with 1.5Bn Eu turnover and used in over 150 million households around the world. Big shifts are happening around us, from the fabrics people wear to the way people wash, to consumer evolving expectations of the laundry category.

Accelerate Comfort/Snuggle growth is our top priority. We are amid a major category transformation aiming to evolve both brands from Fabric Conditioners only to a portfolio of new formats and propositions that better serve our consumers' needs and lifestyle. Our Innovation Strategy is set to increase Category and Brand relevance via desirable, superior and relevant mixes that heighten sensorial appeal and differentiate Comfort/Snuggle from competition and evolve people's relationship with Laundry: from chore to fun and delight.
This vision impacts how we design our products and the need to innovate and introduce superior technology to improve the look, feel and smell of clothes. Moreover, it drives the expansion of Comfort & Snuggle brands into new benefit spaces as well as acceleration of HC Bright Future strategy into our innovation pipeline.
We are looking for a forward thinking and highly motivated talent to join the Global Comfort & Snuggle brand team, and support the biggest part of our portfolio – our "freshness" pillar. This role offers significant professional development with a strong external focus and high interaction with multiple stakeholders. • Support leading the biggest innovation for Fabric Enhancers (amongst the top biggest innovations for HC), with high exposure to WL3 & 4, with global footprint.

• Work in close collaboration with our central and local cross-functional teams, project-managing multiple networks and workstreams

• End-to-end innovation development, crafting new concepts, developing and qualifying disruptive product mixes that can strongly win across Good/Better/Best tiers of the portfolio.

• Drive value and category development by crafting compelling regimes across different product formats.

• Map opportunities, understand category dynamics, consumer behaviour and trends shaping the segment.

• Be the freshness voice in the category, always with an eye on what is happening externally.

• Build strong relationships and work in collaboration with key markets and stakeholders to drive business priorities and create robust launch plans.

Required skills:
o Experience with innovation and familiarity with concepts development and product testing
o Experience with project management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects
o External orientation: ability to learn the category globally and run market/competitive analysis
o Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and plans that drive consumer demand and achieve measurable results.
o Finance and Business acumen.
o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key Relationships:
o BU Marketing teams;
o Global Fabric Enhancers Managers & Directors;
o Port Sunlight R&D and internal functions (CMI, SC, finance, Legal);
o Multi-functional project teams.

Required leadership behaviours:
o High on Agility & Passion for High Performance
o Accountable, passionate, 'Can-do' attitude
o Personal Mastery: resilience and ability to work in a demanding environment
