What you’ll do
You'll take ownership of service improvements, shaping care standards and clinical governance with your expertise. Day-to-day, you’ll manage the team, ensuring audits and compliance are airtight, while also driving marketing efforts to boost occupancy.

What you’ll need
At least 3 years’ experience managing a care home
Level 5 qualification in health and social care management
A strong grasp of CQC standards and the ability to drive changeAbout the company
