Salary & Bonus
* Base salary: From £30,000 (DOE)
* Bonus: Up to £18,000 annually
* Top performers: Up to £65,000 per year
Your Role as a Conveyancer
You’ll manage a diverse caseload and deliver an exceptional customer experience across:
* Freehold
* Leasehold
* Shared ownership
* New build
* More complex transactions

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience)
* Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
* Maintain high service standards and meet completion targets
* Collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance where needed
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience managing a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
