About the Business:
Housing First is an exciting new collaborative programme being managed by The Salvation Army Nelson Tasman Bays Corps. Housing First provides rapid housing and wrap around supports to people experiencing long-term homelessness in Nelson Tasman.
Housing First recognises that it is much easier for people to address complex needs, such as mental health and addiction once they are housed.
About the Role:
This role is to support and work alongside our whanau to keep their accommodation clean.
What will your responsibilities be:
1. Planning of weekly cleaning of all accommodation units
2. Changing bedlinen
3. Vacuum floors
4. Dust surfaces
5. Cleaning cooking facilities
6. Cleaning of hallways
Our ideal candidate will:
7. Ability to work unsupervised
8. Good time management skills
9. Have no health allergies to using the required cleaning products
10. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment,

This role is fixed term part time and hours worked will be 24 per week.
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between $26 and $29
