PMO Manager - Finance
York based (50% hybrid working)
Salary: circa £40,000

A bit about the job:
We help Finance & Investment Operations Change run smoothly, and this role sits at the heart of that work. The focus is on keeping governance routines tight, reporting clear, and PMO processes running well each day. You'll work closely with leaders, analysts and project teams, bringing everyone the insight and support they need. Keeping risks, actions and resource data accurate will be a key part of how the team delivers safe, well‑controlled change. Everything you do will strengthen how we manage and track our change portfolio.
Please note that this role will be based in our York finance hub.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Experience in a PMO, project support or delivery environment.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
Confidence working with Planview, Book of Work or similar tools.
Clear written and verbal communication, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
