Consulting Expert (Project-Based) – Build AI Training Environments
About the Role
We are looking for experienced consulting professionals to help design realistic consulting project simulations that will be used to train advanced AI systems.
In this project, you will recreate consulting engagements based on your professional experience, designing realistic scenarios, tasks, and deliverables similar to those found in real strategy and advisory work. These simulations will help AI agents learn how to perform complex consulting tasks such as financial modeling, market analysis, due diligence, and strategy development.
This is a remote, project-based consulting opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in management consulting who want to contribute their expertise to cutting-edge AI development.
What You’ll Do
• Design a simulated consulting engagement based on a real project you worked on (anonymized)
• Create structured workflows representing different phases of a consulting project
• Develop realistic consulting tasks such as market sizing, financial modeling, competitive benchmarking, and strategy analysis
• Build supporting materials such as Excel models, PowerPoint slides, reports, and internal emails
• Define evaluation criteria to assess AI-generated outputs
• Produce “gold standard” solutions for each consulting task

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting
• Experience working on strategy, due diligence, transformation, or implementation projects
• Strong skills in financial modeling, market analysis, and business strategy
• Familiarity with typical consulting deliverables (Excel models, PowerPoint decks, analysis reports)
• Ability to translate real consulting experience into structured project scenarios
Preferred
• Background in strategy consulting firms (e.g., MBB or similar firms)
• Experience in M&A, commercial strategy, operations, or transformation programs
• Experience working in multi-workstream consulting engagements
Project Details
• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
• Project-based engagement (approximately 10–14 weeks)
