Warehouse Operative – Kidderminster
People Solutions are currently recruiting for temporary Warehouse Operatives to join a national retail client based in Kidderminster for a store replenishment project running from 9th to 11th March, with the potential for additional shifts following successful completion of the initial 3 days.
Shifts
• 9th – 11th March• 08:00am – 17:00pm
Pay Rate
• £12.21 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
This is a 3-day store replenishment project. The store will be closed to the public during this period. The role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, therefore candidates must be physically fit.
Day 1• Emptying the store• Loading old stock into trailers and vans
Day 2• Unloading new stock deliveries• Moving stock to designated areas within the store
Day 3• To be confirmed• May include continued stock movement, stock counts, sorting, and general tidying
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• A basic level of English (spoken and written)• Reliable and punctual attitude• Good communication skills• Ability to work well as part of a team• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
Training
• Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout the assignment
