Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS–KS2. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND. Build a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. A proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
