Job title: Solution Expert Manager – Government, Defence & Intelligence

What will you be doing?
* Champion and lead the technical phases of the sales process, converting prospects into strong, loyal customers
* Act as the assured subject matter expert for advanced government solutions
* Engage with clients to deeply understand requirements, craft creative and compelling technical pitches, demonstrations, and proposals
* Produce improved RFP/RFI responses, high-impact presentations, and technical reports that drive contracts and partnerships
* Share insights across marketing, customer success and R&D teams, driving a refreshed approach to customer excellence and continuous improvement
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Qualified with 5+ years in pre-sales, solution expertise, or technical roles for government/defence/intelligence sectors (SaaS, AI, or big data an advantage)
* Winner’s mindset, with experience in government or military, intelligence, or major defence prime background (e.g., BAE, Airbus, MOD etc.)
* Strong presentational skills: motivated, confident, and determined to communicate across C-suite through technical teams
* Knowledgeable about AI, LLMs, and emerging tech; creative and able to learn new technologies quickly
* Brave and flexible: ready to travel (up to 40%) on mission-critical projects across EMEA
