This is your chance to be part of a Sales Support Team that coordinates the administrative, rate-loading and auditing efforts and processes of Hilton Sales' and hotel teams. As a Specialist, you will bring your technical and organizational skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture.
Reporting to the manager, you will play a key role on the Sales Support team by supporting rate loading & audit initiatives, improving efficiency, establishing and maintaining governance to maximize performance and achieve results. You will collaborate across many management levels throughout the Sales, Hotel and Supports teams.
What will I be doing?
* Manage rate loading requirements for our Central Reservation and Global Distribution Systems.
* Provide support to partners by accurately capturing requests and advising on appropriate next steps.
* Be the initial contact for relevant stakeholders for Bookability & System user/technical issues.
* Manage your own mailbox and workflow and monitor progress to ensure any service level agreements are met.
* Deliver best‑practice guidance on products and services to address opportunities within your respective remit.
* Support a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to assigned projects as needed.
How You'll Collaborate With Others
* Recommend and support process improvements while maintaining documentation for internal and external customers.
* Participate in recurring team meetings, cross‑functional initiatives, and sales‑partner engagements.
* Partner with Commercial and IT teams to support sales system testing, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Projects You'll Take Ownership Of
* Support data cleanup initiatives, quality checks, and audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information across sales systems and processes.
* Contribute to the achievement of annual departmental objectives and key initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies, address team pain points, and support a sustainable work/life balance for yourself and your colleagues.
What are we looking for?
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative or support role.
* Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
* Experience in hospitality, travel, sales systems, project coordination, customer service, or sales functions.
* Familiarity with sales support systems is helpful (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent, OnQ SM, OnQ R&I).
* Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
* Travel up to 20%
It Would Be Useful If You Have
* Experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
* Experience in administrative, customer service, sales support, or related roles.
* Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
* Working knowledge of Salesforce, Cvent, OnQ SM, and OnQ R&I.
