A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Understanding of different communication styles and the ability to tailor training to different levels. Confidence interacting across all levels of a customer hierarchy from juniors to business leaders. Effective time management and the ability manage multiple tasks. Understanding of business processes related to sales, forecasting, customer service and marketing. Experience of delivering software training, or pre- or post-sales consultancy. Some familiarity with CRM, ERP, or similar software is a bonus. A passion for helping customers succeed and a focus on improving the experience of the customer. Role Description Your day-to-day will involve: Delivering training and consultancy to our customers, aligned with their business processes and goals. This will involve tailored training for new and existing customers with a focus on fostering team engagement and user adoption. Engaging with existing customers face-to-face, via Teams, phone and email, building and strengthening relationships. Providing consultancy and configuration services to our customers. Co-ordinating with teams across the business to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively. Developing and maintaining expert level knowledge of Gold-Vision products and services. Other Details This position offers a hybrid work model, combining regular in-office days at our West Haddon, Northamptonshire office with remote work. Travel to customer sites will be required, with expenses paid for business mileage. There is the potential requirement to provide out-of-hours professional services for international customers as required.
