Based in Cambridge, Gerrards Cross, Lincoln, or Nottingham, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional design and professional services across various sectors for both public and private clients.
Key Details
* Location: Cambridge, Gerrards Cross, Lincoln, or Nottingham
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility available!)
* Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, providing top-notch building surveying services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Conducting surveys of existing buildings and sites, developing feasibility studies, and designing solutions for maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and more.
* Assisting clients in procuring contractors for various projects.
* Project managing the delivery of solutions, including the administration of construction contracts.
* Performing quality assurance checks on colleagues' work and supporting larger-scale building surveying services.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster business development and gather valuable feedback.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification suitable for the sector pathway for building surveying.
* Are working towards Chartered status through full membership of RICS or CIOB.
* Possess a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in building surveying across various types and sectors, with familiarity in procurement processes and contract administration.
