Overview
This friendly, professional family in Wantage, Oxfordshire are looking for a capable and experienced Nanny to work 4 or 5 days a week (Monday‑Thursday or Monday‑Friday). The role is sole charge and will start ASAP. Hours can be 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. or 9 a.m.‑5 p.m. depending on the candidate. The ideal Nanny will have a genuine passion for working with young children, be able to organise age‑appropriate activities, including creative play and a love for being outdoors, and have plenty of energy. This is a busy household with multiple children and a friendly dog.
Responsibilities
* Supervise children and ensure their safety.
* Organise creative play and outdoor activities.
* Assist with daily routines and light household tasks as needed.
* Provide general support to the family during working hours.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of experience working with young children.
* Childcare qualifications essential.
* Up‑to‑date DBS on the update service.
* 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Minimum of 2 professional referees, one of which must be current or last employer and must be immediately contactable.
* Pet friendly, comfortable working with a dog.

* Days: 4 or 5 days a week (Monday‑Thursday or Monday‑Friday).

* Pay: £16‑£18 gross per hour.
