We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team. In this role you will be a fundamental member of the front office team in the hotel, working with the Front Office, Kitchen, Bars, Room Service and Security to ensure our guests feel cared for during the night.
As Receptionist you will:
20. Be our guests’ main point of contact
21. Be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
22. Process payments
23. Respond to guest requests and queries
24. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Our most successful Receptionist is someone who:
26. Has prior experience as a hotel receptionist, luxury experience considered a plus.
