Located on Alfred Road in Seacombe, Edgewater features 30 bedrooms across three purpose-built units, creating a homely, responsive environment tailored to individual needs. The units include:
* Snow Drop Unit, supporting up to 10 adults with physical disabilities
* Royal Daffodil Unit, supporting up to 10 adults with complex mental health needs
* Royal Iris Unit, supporting individuals assigned male at birth with neuro disabilities
Edgewater opened in 2022, making it an exciting opportunity to contribute to its growth and community integration.
About the role
As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll be the core of everything happening in your home.
You’ll have significant autonomy, leading by example and driving your team towards continuous improvement. Your focus will be on delivering person-centered, quality care to enhance the lives of residents and staff daily.

Candidate profile
Ideal candidates will align with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.
You must hold a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
With a minimum of three years' management experience, preferably in complex care, this role is suitable for an experienced Deputy Manager seeking the next career step.
