Offer description

Our public sector client based in Camberley is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary short-term assignment with a possibility of extension. The role is part-time, 17 hours per week, on Monday and Tuesday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. The position pays £14.19 per hour and is fully onsite.


Responsibilities include:

1. Providing high-level customer service, confidently answering phone lines, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Responding to emails and correspondence.
3. Inputting data, scanning paperwork, letters, and documents.
4. Providing general administrative support.


Skills required:

1. Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing deadlines.
2. Highly customer-focused and experienced.
3. Good communication skills in both written and verbal form.
4. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Please note that this role requires a DBS check and three years of referencing.
