A busy, friendly property team in Kent is looking for a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join due to continued growth. You’ll work closely with experienced partners on a genuinely varied caseload spanning traditional commercial property and agricultural matters, farm sales, estate management, strategic land for long‑standing, locally based clients who actually value relationships.
This is commercial property with character, backed by hybrid working, autonomy, and a team that’s collaborative rather than competitive.
The Work
Expect variety beyond standard commercial property:
* Acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work
* Agricultural and rural property: farm sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, estate management
* Development projects, strategic land, option agreements
* Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, related documentation
* Title investigations and due diligence
* Build strong client relationships with locally based, long‑standing clients
You’ll work closely with experienced partners who’ll develop you, not just delegate to you.
About You
* Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE with solid commercial real estate experience
* Experience or genuine interest in agricultural/rural property work
* Strong technical ability with a practical, client‑focused approach
* Comfortable working closely with clients and colleagues
* Team player keen to get involved in business development and networking within the local community
