We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Test Engineer to join our QA team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
* Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements and specifications.
* Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand features and technical implementation.
* Perform regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality is not negatively impacted by new code changes.
* Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve automation coverage where applicable.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
* Ensure software complies with company standards and industry best practices.
