A leading commercial law firm is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join its agile Communications team. This is an opportunity to shape the digital voice of a major brand with global reach - fresh thinking, originality and creative confidence matter far more than sector experience.
The role sits at the heart of their brand storytelling. You will plan, create and publish engaging content across social channels, support internal communications, and help bring the organisations people, culture and expertise to life through bold, modern digital content.
Key responsibilities
* Creating high‑quality, on‑brand content for social media, internal channels and digital campaigns
* Managing and growing the firm’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
* Producing and editing video and photo content, including supporting shoots and events
* Using analytics tools to track performance, understand algorithms, identify trends and proactively optimise content
* Writing sharp, engaging copy — from captions to campaign messaging — with strong attention to detail
* Collaborating with marketing, events, digital and senior stakeholders to align content with wider activity
* Supporting internal communications and people‑focused storytelling
* Advising colleagues on digital best practice, personal branding and social media presence
What they’re looking for
* 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, communications or a creative role
* Strong digital creative skills — video, photo, editing and visual storytelling
* Confident understanding of social media analytics, engagement strategies and platform trends
* Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
* Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram, plus growing interest in YouTube and podcasts
* Someone organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment
