Paraplanner – Wealth Management Firm

About the Role
An established and highly regarded wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to support its team of financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Research & Analysis:
* Conducting research on pensions, investments and protection solutions.
* Assisting in financial planning and investment strategy development.
Report Writing & Compliance:
* Drafting suitability reports and financial recommendations.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Client Support & Liaison:
* Working closely with financial advisers to provide seamless client service.
* Attending client meetings when necessary to take notes and assist with technical queries.
* Supporting the preparation of annual review documentation and cashflow modelling.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
* Managing and maintaining client files and records.
* Ensuring all compliance paperwork is accurate and up to date.
* Assisting with investment and trade implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), with a desire to progress to Chartered status.
* Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and tax implications.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and report-writing ability.
* Experience in a similar Paraplanning role within a wealth management firm.
* Proficient in financial research tools.
