About the Role
:
We are looking for 3 X Ground Maintenance Operative to join our expanding team. You will be working as part of a team ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.
You will be part of a committed team ensuring the local community including communal areas are kept clean and tidy in a way that you would expect your own space to be kept.
You will be responsible for carrying out the following:
1. Clearing Grounds of all litter
2. Cutting of grass and bushes
3. If qualified, weed spraying and the use of chain saws etc.
Key Criteria:
4. Willing to work in all weather conditions as you will be working outside
5. Full UK Driving License
6. Previous experience as a Grounds maintenance operative or Equivalent
7. A good understanding for the importance Health & Safety.
8. Reliable
9. Hard Working
10. Team Player
11. Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience - preferred but not essential
12. PA1/PA6 Pesticide licence – preferred but not essential
