Job Description
3. Deliver retail and commercial fit-out projects from early stages through to completion
4. Support senior project managers and directors in managing programme, cost, risk, and reporting
5. Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
6. Coordinate consultant teams, contractors, and specialist subcontractors across fast-paced fit-out environments
7. Assist with procurement strategy, contract administration, and commercial decision-making
8. Monitor site progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution during construction phases
9. Prepare client reports, programmes, and project documentation
10. Gain exposure to residential schemes over time as part of a broader, multi-sector pipeline
11. Work toward clearly defined performance targets aligned with career progression milestones
The Successful Applicant
12. 3-5 years' experience working within a construction or project management consultancy
13. Background in retail or commercial fit-out projects is highly desirable
14. Strong understanding of project delivery, construction processes, and stakeholder coordination
15. Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
16. Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients and project teams
17. Motivated to progress toward MRICS, with a clear interest in long-term career development
18. Team-oriented mindset, aligned with a social and collaborative office culture
