Role Responsibility of 1:1 SEN TA : Provide personalised 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs. Assist in implementing tailored learning and behaviour support plans. Encourage engagement, independence, and positive communication. Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent support. Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. What You’ll Bring as a 1:1 SEN TA : Experience supporting children with SEN (in school or care settings). Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
