* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting capability development within the Power team
What You'll Bring
* Chartered or near‐Chartered Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE with strong structural focus)
* Demonstrable experience delivering structural design within the Power or Energy sector
* Exposure to UK electricity infrastructure projects, such as:
* Transmission and Distribution (T&D) networks
* Substations and associated civil and structural works
* HV and HVDC infrastructure
* National Grid or equivalent regulated utility providers
* Strong understanding of UK structural design codes, standards and assurance processes
* High proficiency in structural analysis and design software, with confidence reviewing and checking models
* Experience working within integrated multidisciplinary design teams, particularly alongside electrical disciplines
* Understanding of CDM duties, construction risk and structural safety
* CSCS card, eligibility for SC clearance, and a full UK driving licence
Why This Role Stands Out
This role puts you at the heart of UK energy infrastructure delivery.
You'll work on projects that matter, develop deep sector expertise in the Power industry, and build toward future technical or leadership progression within a growing energy portfolio.
