Job Title: Co-ordinator
We are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator to join us at our site in Caerphilly to provide exceptional service across our region. This is a busy, fast-paced department with 5 call handlers delivering one-to-one call centre solutions for a wide variety of customer repair issues.
The ideal candidate is dynamic and enthusiastic, with good geographical knowledge of United Welsh stock, capable of planning and coordinating people and tasks efficiently, and thinking quickly on their feet. The role involves providing an efficient, cost-effective, and professional service by scheduling operatives daily, prioritizing jobs based on emergency levels, location, equipment, and timing.
Role Criteria
The successful candidate must be organized, efficient, and able to prioritize their workload. We seek a great team player with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and budgets, even under pressure.
* Proficient with Office IT applications
* Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Excellent telephone manner; confident in communicating with tenants, trades operatives, contractors, and housing association employees. Responsible for answering calls from tenants and recording repair work orders
* Experience in handling customer complaints
* Ensuring all relevant data is updated promptly on planned and responsive works
